Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. 7–8 years of experience in Network Operations, IT Infrastructure, or Systems Engineering. At least 2–3 years in supervisory or team lead role within a NOC environment.
Responsibilities
Lead NOC team, manage 24/7 monitoring and support, supervise NOC engineers and analysts, manage shifts, ensure SLAs and KPIs, handle major incidents, lead RCA, improve SOPs, implement automation, follow ITIL practices, manage monitoring tools, and report incidents to management.
